EVALUATION ANALYTICS FOR SRAE + PREP GRANTEES

Your program changes lives.

Your data should prove it.

Analysis, findings, and a funder-ready report for GD-SRAE, Title V SRAE, and PREP grantees. Quantitative or qualitative. Delivered in five business days.

You did the hard part. You recruited the youth, delivered the curriculum, and collected the surveys. Now FYSB wants performance measures, your project officer wants findings, and your next application needs evidence. That last mile is what I do.

"Jim comes in and ties a bow around our data analysis. It comes back finished."
DIRECTOR, FYSB-FUNDED YOUTH PROGRAM

Analyzed. Written. Wrapped. Delivered.

30 years

of statistics, interviews, evaluation, and PhD-level expertise.

5 days

from complete data to findings, conclusions, and recommendations.

1 report

your project officer, your board, and your grant reviewer can all use.

01 THE REPORTING CLIFF EVERY GRANTEE KNOWS

SRAE and PREP funding comes with an evidence obligation: entry and exit surveys, federal performance measures, a local evaluation, continuation reporting, and eventually a competitive renewal that lives or dies on your results. Most grantees have exactly the right people for youth work and exactly no one whose job is statistics. So, the surveys pile up in spreadsheets, the deadline gets close, and strong programs end up underrepresented by their own data.

Here is the unfair part: the people who decide your funding never visit your program. They only read your report. A program that changed lives can look ordinary on paper if nobody turns its data into findings.

02 WHAT LANDS IN YOUR INBOX

Cleaned, documented data. Your raw survey exports become an analytic dataset with a complete codebook; every recode traceable, every anomaly flagged and resolved.

Defensible statistics. The right tests for your design, composites with reliability checks, effect sizes, and honest handling of small samples; quantitative or qualitative.

Findings, conclusions, recommendations. Not a data dump; a written results section, a discussion of what it means, and concrete recommendations for your program and your next funding cycle.

Funder-ready formatting. Tables, figures, and language aligned to what FYSB project officers expect; ready to drop into continuation reports and renewal applications.

A straight answer. If your data cannot support a claim, I will tell you, and show you the measurement fix that earns the stronger claim next cycle.

03 HOW IT WORKS

Step 1

Send the data

Survey exports in any shape: Excel, CSV, even scans of paper forms, plus your grant application. A short intake checklist keeps it painless.

Step 2

I do the analysis

Cleaning, scoring, testing, writing, as well as analyzing qualitative data and fidelity observations. You get a mid-week check-in if anything in the data needs your eyes.

Step 3

Day 5: the bow

A complete findings and discussion report with tables and figures, the analytic workbook behind it, and a revision round included.

04 WHY GRANTEES TRUST THE WORK

Thirty years in quantitative and qualitative methodology. PhD-level statistics. Thousands of analyses behind dissertations, program evaluations, and federal reporting. I have spent a career translating messy real-world data into defensible findings, including SRAE cohort evaluations exactly like yours: anonymous entry/exit designs, small cohorts, federal exit batteries, ceiling-prone knowledge items, and all.

I work as your capacity, not your replacement. Your evaluator of record stays the evaluator of record; your organization's name goes on the report; your program gets represented the way it deserves.

View de-identified sample data and a sample report; every statistic in it is from a real delivered engagement.

Have a cohort or final LEP waiting to be analyzed?

Send one dataset. Five business days later you will see exactly what a finished package looks like.

Fixed-fee packages. No hourly meters.
